Chinese Fine Dining - substance ok, style over the top:

The menu

Appetizer: oyster with salted egg - trust me it just taste good

Soup: Abalone double boiled chicken - taste kao kao (yes, we did switch out shark fin soup)

Abalone

Meat: Charcoal-grilled spanish pork in teriyaki sauce - juicy and pepperific

Fish: Unknown fish (see if you guys can identify from menu) in pomelo sauce. sweet!

Rice: served in shell with a type of sauce normally used in noodle, filling but mildly disappointing after the others

Desert: lemongrass jelly/cincau - its desert, its sweet, its cold, what more do you want?
